Support for students at risk of digital exclusion
- Support for students at risk of digital exclusion includes measures to facilitate access and enable the use of computer hardware, software and the Internet.
- At the Faculty of Polish and Classical Philology can use the wireless network (Wi-Fi). Joining the eduroam network is possible on the premises of the Collegium Maius (and the WFPiK Library).
The necessary information for logging in is available here: https://eduroam.amu.edu.pl/ - Students who do not have access to private computers and/or telephones that allow them to connect to the Internet at the Faculty can use computer stations located in the WFPiK Library. These places provide privacy, allowing comfortable use of computers connected to the Internet.
- Students who do not have a device that allows them to perform tasks related to the study process (e.g., writing research or assignment papers, making presentations) can apply to the support program for students at risk of digital exclusion and borrow a laptop.
- Students who do not have the software to write a credit thesis, bachelor's thesis, master's thesis, make a presentation, etc., can:
- log on to the UAM Intranet site and download the desktop version of Microsoft Office (Intranet → „Students” drop-down menu → Microsoft Licenses). A presentation with a description of the installation steps can be found on the right side of the page under the menu „Office Installation for Windows”;

Regulations for lending laptops to students at risk of digital exclusion
